In addition to handling product repair at client sites, our trained service engineers and technicians visit dealer sites regularly and provide them with relevant product servicing training and manuals. Dealer Support:
Dealers are the channel partners of the Company and act as centre points of customer service & repairs, hence, they and their technical staff are trained suitably for extending satisfactory service to our valued customers. To keep our customers smiling, we provide our channel partners the following backup support on continual basis:
Free training for servicing of Home-UPS will be given to one technical representative of our channel partner at our R&D / workshop.
Periodic free visits of engineers for skill enhancement of service technicians at channel partner site and on-site problem diagnostics.
Periodic free service camps at channel partner site.
Free spares / components are provided to our channel partners.
 

Service Policy:

This Inverter Service Policy (ISP) came into effect on 1st June 2009
With the sole objective of ensuring Total Customer Satisfaction in terms of Warranty / Out of Warranty service, the following performance standards are set in terms of Turn Around Time (TAT):
 
The TAT is same day for complaint logged during the day before 1300 Hrs for the Customers within the City Limits of Dealer location and the place of Resident Service Engineer. The service given will be at End Customer location.
The TAT is 24 Hours for the Customers within 100 Km of City Limits and maximum of 48 Hours for upcountry town
