All PEPTELLER products are designed at the in-house R&D Lab. This lab is not only recognized by the Industry of Science and Technology, Government of India, but is also ISO 9001 certified. It has the ability to design complex microprocessor based products including PCB design and development of embedded software. Sophisticated instruments like HP and Tektronix Digital Storage Oscilloscopes, In-circuit Emulators, Computer aided Circuit/PCB design tools and modern techniques like FMEA (Failure Modes and effects Analysis) are employed to develop state of the art designs

The modern manufacturing facilities consist of multiple component insertion lines and wave soldering machines. In accordance with the ISO 9001 standards detailed data is collected at each stage of production which is reviewed periodically by the top management. This helps in continuous improvement in manufacturing, and moving the company towards the goal of Zero-Defect rate at every stage of production

The first and the most important ingredient in any product, especially an electronic/telecom product is reliability. This reliability comes from total commitment to quality systems for design, manufacturing and service processes.
In this pursuit of Total Quality Management, the company has been awarded ISO 9001; certificate in February 1997 which is a formal recognition of our commitment to excellence and stands testimony to the international quality system that goes in our design, manufacturing and servicing processes. PEP INFOTECH is the first still the only manufacturer of STD PCO Monitors in India, to receive this certification.
In addition of this, PEP INFOTECH has an active quality circle program in almost all the departments of the company. This has unleashed the creative energies of each and every employee and has had substantial impact on the quality of our products and services as well as the morale of the employee

Distribution

The Company has an all India network of more than 300 Distributors/Dealers at important locations. The Company has also gained access to the markets of other South Asian and African countries. The Company is based at Meerut an important industrial town of National Capital Region, 65 Kms from New Delhi.
