Our Sales & Service network is spread throughout India. We have our own office at Chennai, 6 depots at Mumbai, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Patna, Bangalore and Chennai and have a network of over 1,000 dealers & distributors with satisfied customer base of over 6,00,000 customers.

Service Network

We have a dedicated team of trained Service Engineers and Technicians stationed at various locations in India. Regular visits of service engineer are carried out to attend / solve complaints on customer / dealer site. Component level repair is carried out at service center in Meerut and also in field. With a centralized customer helpline, our customers can contact us on phone during office hours or 24X7 through SMS. The faults and service data are monitored to continuously enhance the service level offered to our valued customers.
